Move Conversations to Different Inboxes
Moving conversations from one Inbox to another is helpful if a customer accidentally emailed the wrong inbox address, or if you're just passing the conversation over to a team member who works in a different inbox.
You can move conversations in bulk, or one at a time from within the conversation.
Move conversations in bulk
Select multiple conversations from any inbox list view, then choose Move or use the keyboard shortcut M, then select the inbox where you would like to move the selected conversations.
Move a single conversation
Open a conversation, then click the More Actions menu (...). Click Move, then select the inbox where you would like to move the conversation.
