Download the App
Keep in touch and stay informed even on the go. Use the mobile app to stay responsive to customers, collaborate with colleagues, and work more efficiently.
- Download and install the app via the App Store from your iOS device here.
- Download and install the Android app via the Google Play Store here. Help Scout for Android requires Android 11 or later.
Once you download the app, log in the same way you do to Help Scout, using your email address or Google login.

Mobile app vs. Desktop web
The mobile app prioritizes communicating with your customers, allowing you to read, respond and triage the queue on the go. It focuses on supporting you in maintaining responsiveness with your customers by providing features that bolster productivity, provide context, and make it easier to take action.
The mobile app does not support some advanced features that are available on the web experience including:
- Onboarding for new users
- Management of personal profile settings including notifications
- Inbox settings such as auto replies, signatures, satisfaction ratings
- Reporting
- Management of Saved Replies, Workflows
- User Management and Permissions
- Deleting and renaming Tags
- Creating and Managing Docs
- Creating and monitoring Messages
