Inbox Views to Replace Workflow Folders

As a part of our overall improvements to Help Scout with Inbox 2, we're replacing workflow created folders with Inbox views. Inbox views allow you to sort and display conversations according to the criteria that you set into quick links on the left sidebar, much the same as workflow folders operated. Use these views to organize and monitor the queue in the way that works for your team.

The Inbox views feature is available to all users on Inbox 2. The article Inbox 2 Migration has a lot more information about the move to Inbox 2.

What Will Happen to Workflow Folders

If you’re currently using the Copy to Folder action in workflows, we invite you to try views and use it going forward. The Copy to Folder action will be removed in the future, after which you’ll no longer be able to create new workflows that use that action or edit workflows that contain that action.

Until then, any Workflow folders created will continue to show in the sidebar.

If you are still using the legacy Mailbox, you will need to switch to Inbox 2 in order to use this new feature.
