Connect Pipedrive with Help Scout: View CRM Data in the Sidebar
Pipedrive is a web-based CRM that helps you track the progress and details of all the deals in your sales pipeline. You can use and customize Pipedrive to monitor the activities planned to help close deals, and easily view which team members are associated with what deals.
Add the Pipedrive app to add a link directly to your customer's Pipedrive profile to your conversation sidebars. The sidebar will also display up to three Pipedrive deals, taking key data points — deal value, pipeline stage, and status — and neatly show them in your customer sidebar. Here's a snapshot of how it will appear in Help Scout:
Log in to your Pipedrive account. In Pipedrive, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page, and choose Settings.
Under Personal preferences, select the API tab.
Head to Manage > Apps in Help Scout, and select Pipedrive. Click Install App. Paste your API key from Pipedrive, enter in your Pipedrive subdomain, and select the mailboxes you'd like to connect. Click Save when you're finished!
