Connect Heymarket With Help Scout to Manage SMS Messages

Heymarket is a business text messaging platform created for your customer support team. Out of the box, your team will get a shared inbox and phone number for sending and receiving SMS messages. Heymarket can text enable an existing phone number, while keeping the voice service intact, or provide a new phone number with call forwarding. 

Their Help Scout integration allows your team to read and respond to SMS directly from your Help Scout Inbox. It automatically creates a Help Scout conversation for all incoming text messages and allows agents to respond alongside customer emails.

You will need a Help Scout Standard or higher plan and a Heymarket account to use this integration.
