In this article:
Supported Computer Web Browsers for Help Scout Users
The Help Scout app is tested and supported on the following web browsers for use on a computer:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Edge (Chromium based only)
The last 3 versions of each browser listed above are supported.
We do not support mobile web browsers for using the Help Scout web app; we advise use of the mobile apps instead. Use of older versions of browsers, or use of browsers not specified in this article, is not prohibited, but support is not offered for them.
Note: Support for Internet Explorer 11 for Help Scout users ended December 31, 2018. You can still log in using IE, but we can't guarantee Help Scout will work properly.

Computer
- Chrome
- Firefox
