Session management allows you manage the devices that are currently logged into your Help Scout account. You'll find your active sessions under your profile page, on the Authentication tab.
The Active Sessions tabs shows all of the devices (mobile and web) that are currently logged in to your Help Scout account. You can revoke access by clicking on the Revoke button on the corresponding session. You might want to revoke a session if your password or account was compromised, or if you accessed Help Scout from a public computer and forgot to log out.
