Session Management
Session management allows you to manage the devices that are currently logged in to your Help Scout account and Help Scout administrators to manage all users' sessions.
Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner and choose Your Profile > Authentication > Active Sessions to view your own sessions.
Administrators can go to Manage > Users > [Choose a User] > Authentication > Active Sessions to manage sessions for all users.
Manage Sessions
The Active Sessions tabs shows all of the devices (mobile and web) that are currently logged in to the Help Scout account. Revoke access by clicking on the Revoke button on the corresponding session.
You might want to revoke a session if your password or account was compromised, or if you accessed Help Scout from a public computer and forgot to log out.
