PieSync keeps your contacts in sync between your CRM, marketing apps, and support systems, 2-way and in real time.
The Help Scout and PieSync integration offers a two-way sync between Help Scout and your favorite apps like MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Google Contacts, and many more. No need to import and export contacts to and from Help Scout. Get contacts synced in real time so you have the most up-to-date customer information at your fingertips.
Log in to your PieSync account and you'll be taken to the Choose Your Apps section. Select the Help Scout icon and the other app of your choice. In our example, we've chosen to sync Google Contacts and Help Scout.
Once you've chosen another app to connect to Help Scout, you will be asked to authorize both accounts.
Click on Authorize for Help Scout and you will be prompted to log in to your account. If you are already logged in, you will be prompted to authorize access. Click on Authorize in the pop-up window as well to proceed. Repeat the process with the other account.
Once both accounts have been authorized, you will be sent to the Connection Rules section. Here you can then choose how you would like to map each of the fields between the two apps, and set up rules based on how you would like to sync your contacts. It's important to make sure that no other integrations are running next to PieSync for the accounts you have connected in PieSync, as other integrations will have access to your data and have the ability to manipulate as well. Once you've configured your sync, scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the Start Syncing Now button.
